A mini-golf kiosk showed a tip prompt with no visible no-tip choice. The customer had to ask staff and learned that pressing the unlabeled green confirmation button would skip it.
A tip was requested where the customer performed most of the service.
A reporter said declining was less visually prominent than suggested choices.
Declining or changing the suggestion required additional interaction.
The request appeared in a setting not traditionally associated with tipping.
