Service charge is not the same as a tip
A report belongs in this group when an existing service charge appears before or alongside a separate tip request. We preserve the receipt or source language so readers can see whether the calculation is documented or only suspected.
What to look for
Look for the service-charge amount, the subtotal used for the tip, and whether the screen explains who receives each amount. The original source is the best place to check details that do not fit on a card.
