A customer described a screen with only three suggested percentages and a custom-amount button. Entering zero reportedly led to a confirmation screen and then another custom-amount step before the customer could finish without a tip. The business and location were not identified.
A reporter said declining was less visually prominent than suggested choices.
Declining or changing the suggestion required additional interaction.
